Chocolate is sensitive to heat and can soften or melt in warm temperatures above 72ºF, especially in transit or if packages are left outdoors after delivery.

Each Warm Weather Protection pack includes insulated packaging and an ice pack (or ice packs depending on the size of your order) designed to help protect your treats during transit. Customers also have the option to add extra ice packs to their order for additional protection during especially hot weather.

As a small family-owned business, we truly appreciate your understanding that some softening may still occur during extreme summer temperatures. Whenever possible, we recommend bringing packages indoors shortly after delivery and putting your treats in the fridge or freezer after they arrive.
