Shipping policy
General Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders $50+.
Processing and handling time of 2-5 days is in addition to the transit time shown in the checkout shipping options. Dispatch may take longer if we have received a large number of orders in a short period of time. Please also allow for delays during the holiday season. After dispatch, we will typically use the following shipping services:
- Economy Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage; 2 to 8 business days in transit),
- Priority Shipping (USPS Priority Mail; 1 to 3 business days in transit),
- or 2 Day Shipping (UPS 2nd Day; Up to 2 business days in transit).
If you live in a state that is experiencing temperatures in the next 10 days of 74ºF or over, we recommend choosing our 2-Day Shipping option and purchasing ice packs. We do not accept responsibility for melted orders from November 1st to May 1st if you do not choose our 2-Day Shipping option and purchase ice packs.
We are not responsible for changes in courier transit times. We reserve the right to change shipping courier at any time and without notice.
Ice Packs & Melting
From November 1st to May 1st, we will not be using ice packs unless purchased by the customer. You may purchase ice packs here and we will also include a cool shield in your order. We recommend 1 ice pack per 6 bars.

Returns & Refunds
Your order is guaranteed to arrive in perfect condition at the specified shipping address provided. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your order upon arrival, please contact team@trupotreats.com within (2) days of receipt, with a detailed description and photograph(s) evidencing your dissatisfaction for assistance with a replacement or exchange. Please note that we cannot offer an exchange or replacement for melted chocolate if your package was left outside or in a warm location.
If we find the items to be defective, we will either reship the item or replace it with another of equal or greater value. A replacement or exchange will be shipped within 10 days. Due to the perishable nature of our chocolate, all claims submitted without proper support will not be eligible for reshipment. Trupo Treats reserves the right to limit replacements. Returns and exchanges are not offered.
Due to the nature of wafers hardening when exposed to air, some wafer bars may arrive stale if the wrappers are not fully sealed in production. If you receive a stale wafer bar, we will happily replace that wafer bar for you and/or offer a voucher code worth the price of that wafer bar.
We will ship your order to the shipping address(es) you provide. Please include a street address and company name, suite or apartment numbers when applicable to ensure proper delivery. We do not offer refunds of any shipping fees.
Trupo Treats is not responsible for product damage, melting or failed deliveries when any of these apply:

You provide an incorrect or outdated address;

The recipient is out of town or not available to receive the package;

Package is left in a warm area and contents melt.
Shipments that are returned or require rerouting due to incorrect addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment and/or relabeling for the carrier.
If your items are damaged or defective upon arrival, we will provide you with free return shipping within the 2-day return window. If you purchased the wrong product or you no longer want the item, you may return the item within the 2-day return window, but you will be responsible for the shipping cost.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot guarantee the condition of the package if the carrier must reroute your order or if someone is not able to accept delivery and the item is left at a mailbox, door etc. Trupo Treats is not responsible for the condition of orders that are not able to be delivered on the first attempt (or that you may have updated or revised through any customization options with our carrier).
