16 oz Ice Pack

For best results, purchase in addition to the Insulated Cool Shields + Ice Packs Bundle and Priority Shipping or faster. Ordering ice packs alone will not add insulated cool shields to your package.

Customers have the option to add extra ice packs to their order for additional protection during especially hot weather.

Chocolate is sensitive to heat and can soften or melt in warm temperatures above 74ºF, especially in transit or if packages are left outdoors after delivery.

As a small family-owned business, we truly appreciate your understanding that some softening may still occur during extreme summer temperatures. Whenever possible, we recommend bringing packages indoors shortly after delivery and putting your treats in the fridge or freezer after they arrive.
